Pay By Weight
Lowest Starting PriceLower base price — you pay per pound for what you fill. Best for lighter loads where you're not sure how much you'll have.

Heavy Mixed Load

Recyclable Material Pricing
Clean, single-material loads can be recycled at a lower rate. Contaminated loads are billed as standard or per-ton.
Clean Concrete
Driveways, sidewalks, patios, foundations. Rebar is ok — no wood, PVC, plant debris, or trash mixed in.
Up to 14 tons included. Contaminated loads billed at standard rate + $80.00/ton over 4 tons.
Clean Dirt
Clean fill dirt only — no grass, roots, sod, or debris mixed in.
Maximum 15 yard dumpster for clean dirt due to 14-ton weight limit. Dirt mixed with grass or roots is billed as heavy mixed load.
Roofing Tile
Clean roofing tile loads — cannot be mixed with other materials.
Maximum 20 yard dumpster for roofing tile. Contaminated tile billed at standard rate + $80.00/ton over 4 tons.
New Construction Program
Designed for builders and contractors with ongoing projects.
Scheduled Swap-Outs
Dumpster swapped every 2 weeks — full one picked up, empty one delivered same day.
4 Extra Days Per Swap
Each swap cycle includes 4 additional days free — totaling 8 extra days free each month.
15 or 20 Yard Recommended
Right-sized for most new construction sites. Keeps debris manageable between swaps.
Additional Fees
Transparent pricing means you know about every possible charge upfront.
Extra Days
$25/day for 10-20 yard dumpsters. $35/day for 30 yard. Standard rental includes 10 days.
Overweight
Standard Flat Rate: $80.00/ton over included tonnage. Pay By Weight: $100/ton over included tonnage. Maximum weight on any load: 14 tons.
Trip Charge
$100.00 if we arrive for pickup and the dumpster is blocked, inaccessible, or items are sticking above the top.
Prohibited Waste
$150.00 return fee if prohibited materials are found (tires, freon appliances, hazardous materials).
What We Don't Accept
We DO accept washers, dryers, dishwashers, water heaters, and most other appliances.
