For two bathrooms remodeled at the same time (a common scenario when homeowners batch primary and guest bath updates), the 15-yard usually still works. For three or more bathrooms simultaneously, the 20-yard at $425 keeps the project on a single rental.

One detail to flag: tile is heavy. A typical floor-and-wall retile of an average bathroom produces 500-800 pounds of tile debris alone, before any other materials. If your bathroom is fully tiled top-to-bottom, mention it when you book so we can confirm the tonnage allowance is right for the project.

Almost everything from a bathroom demo goes in the standard flat-rate dumpster. The materials are predictable: tile, tub, vanity, toilet, drywall, and the trim around it.

Tile — both floor tile (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone) and the tub-surround or shower-wall tile — is accepted. Thinset, backer board, and the wire mesh underneath all go in with it. Tile is the heaviest material in most bathroom demos, so we right-size to handle it.

Tubs and showers are accepted in all common materials: acrylic, fiberglass, cast iron, and steel. Cast-iron tubs are extraordinarily heavy (a standard 60-inch cast-iron tub can weigh 350 pounds on its own) and usually have to be broken up with a sledgehammer to fit through doorways — the broken pieces all go in the dumpster.

Vanities, toilets, and sinks go in without restriction. Porcelain breaks cleanly and packs well around larger debris. Pedestal sinks, wall-mount sinks, and full vanity-and-top combos all qualify.

Drywall, lumber, trim, light fixtures, mirrors, medicine cabinets, plumbing rough, and old shower doors are all accepted. Glass shower doors should be broken down before loading for safety, but the glass goes in the dumpster.
